Across their key markets, Peroni needed to find new ways to engage the on-trade, setting themselves apart from the predictable product education that bartenders usually expect from beer brands.

We built and delivered a new trade engagement programme entitled Servito Con Stile – “Served with Style” – which teaches bartenders how to apply the principles of Italian hospitality to their own service.

Drawing from our in-depth interviews with Simone Caporale, Peroni’s globally-renowned Brand Ambassador, we researched the many fascinating differences between Italian hospitality, versus French, American and British. This helped elevate our programme content to cover a topic that genuinely interested bartenders and contributed to their day-to-day careers.

From polished sell-in films, to digital training and slick presentations, we created a comprehensive range of tools to engage the on-trade, showing that it’s not just what you serve, it’s how you serve it. Now markets around the world can teach tangible skills to help the trade not only serve the perfect PNA, but also become the best hosts they could be. The programme delivers exceptional benefits too; bartenders who are trained to serve with style can deliver up to 30% higher sales of PNA.
